What Should We Work on Next?

Feedback from our customers is extremely important to me. Our two biggest developments in the past month, updates to Oracle and localization support, were both entirely down to suggestions from users.

If you have a minute, I’d love to get more feedback from you here. I’m going to be away for the next two weeks, but when I get back, it’s straight back to development work! And with that in mind, I want to know what features would you like me to work on first?

WP3.0 as a Minimum Now

WordPress 3.0 brought in a lot of great new features for developers, and I want to take advantage of them all.

I’ve already started this with the new menu support, but the themes remained compatible with WordPress 2.9.

The reality however is that there is a lot more in WordPress 3.0 that I want to take advantage of, and it won’t be possible to make these same upgrades for users not yet on the new version.

And where it is possible, it’s still not ideal because our code will get bloated in order to support both versions, and the development time for new features will be longer.

Help Set Our Battle Plan!

It’s been about a month since we launched now, and it’s been fantastic. We’ve gotten a great reaction from everyone and far more of you have signed up and purchased themes than I ever expected!

It’s been a crazy month as well though. We’ve put out several updates to the themes, added new features to Chameleon, and helped out with dozens of customization and support questions.  For anyone who knew me through Pro Blog Design first, you might also have read that the past month was my final month of university and exams. I’m finally free to work on PliablePress 100%!

Well, almost.
